Financial Policy For The Office Of Drs. Bonahoom & Ghafourpour

Payment is expected in full at the time of service. We accept cash, check and major credit cards. Our office will gladly submit insurance claims on behalf of the patient and we will estimate patient co-payments as well as we are able, however, it is impossible to accurately predict insurance benefits and payment of the bill is ultimately the patient’s responsibility. Once insurance payment is received our office will send a statement to the patient if there is a difference in patient co-payment due. If payment is not received within 25 days, a finance charge of 1.5% will be applied to any outstanding balance.
